8. What if the kiosk malfunctions?

We offer a 1-year warranty covering non-human-damage repairs or replacements. Remote technical support and online troubleshooting guides are also available to help you get back up and running quickly.

Yes. The system supports multiple language interfaces, including English, Chinese, French, Spanish, Arabic, and more — configurable based on your customer demographic.

10. What is the lead time and shipping cost?

Standard lead time is 15-30 days (depending on order quantity and customization). Shipping cost is calculated based on destination, shipping method, and package volume — we'll provide a detailed quote before you place the order.

11. What is the MOQ?

MOQ: 1 unit. Sample orders and small trial orders are welcome, so you can test the market first.

12. Can we customize the color or logo?

Yes. Custom colors and logo printing are available on the housing (subject to MOQ, please inquire). Brand logos and welcome screens can also be pre-installed on the software side.
